Rodger Sorrow

Communication From The Heart, LLP, was co-founded by Rodger Sorrow and Kathi Aichner. They have taught and lived Nonviolent Communication for years and continue to manifest their dream of sharing it with others. All trainings are based on the work of Marshall Rosenberg, Ph.D., as contained in his book Nonviolent Communication, A Language of Life. Rodger is a certified trainer for the international Center for Nonviolent Communication and Kathi is certified trainer candidate.
