In this leadership group participants:

  • Deepen your living of NVC consciousness
  • Build resources and presence during conflict using mediation skills
  • Enhance and improve skills for honest expression
  • Create and implement a leadership plan
  • Increase deep listening skills

  • Give and receive feedback with participants and trainers

  • Plan presentations and design exercises

  • Review the CNVC trainer certification process
  • Practice offering presentations

Program includes:

  • four 3-day retreats workbook materials and hand-outs
  • bi-weekly group teleconference with a trainer
  • bi-weekly activity group
  • weekly phone sessions with partner
  • six iindividual telephone mentoring sessions with a trainer

Trainers: Jori Manske, Jim Manske, Rodger Sorrow and Kathi Aichner.

When: Four weekend intensives: 4 PM Fri - 4 PM; Mon, Feb 29 - Mar 3; May 9 - 12; July 11 - 12; and Oct 24 - 27.

Self-Investment: Tuition: $3,550 - $2,200 scale.

Lodging (inlcuding meals) for all four retreats total: Single $1,350 or Double $1,170 if we receive the total amount on or before Jan 27, 2008. If we receive the total amount due on or after Jan 28, 2008, then a Single is $1,500 and a Double is $1,300. Meals are provided and the kithcen is happy to meet our various needs around food choices including vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free and other. Be sure to specify in your application what your requests are

Who: Those with experience using and sharing NVC who are interested in personal, relational, and organizational systemic development. The training will be limited to 40 participants. We requests that applicants have 30 hours of previous training with an NVC trainer and/or by agreement of this training team. If you would like to attend and are not sure if you meet the requested prerequisites, please contact so we can explore the possibility with you. We invite you to join us.
